Free Shift Schedule Template
A simple weekly shift schedule you can fill in for your team. It is a free CSV file, so you can open it in Excel or Google Sheets, edit the names and hours, and reuse it every week.

How this template works
Each row is one person and each column is a day of the week. Enter a shift as a start and end time in 24-hour format, or write Off for a non-working day.

How to use this template
- 1Download the CSV and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
- 2Replace the example names with your own team members.
- 3Fill in each day with a shift time in HH:MM-HH:MM format, or write Off.
- 4Save a copy for each week and share it with your team.
